Hey so I'm back from Maui. Its really cool there, my favorite place. Its so pretty and fun and crazy there. I dont have all the pictures back from Wolf Camera yet, so I'm not gonna do the full recap and picture post of Hawai'i. I do have some that my dad sent me, so here's a preview.
thats the sunset. the sun set right in front of our condo every night. it was so cool.
I'll have the rest up sometime tomorrow or the next day.
But yeah, so far while I've been back I've done a couple of things. Me and Hunter rode bikes through lassiter and got chased out by watkins on his golf cart. Cuz you know, apparently we're breaking many a rule by sitting in the shade in the back parking lot where the busses pull out, with our bikes, while they're eating dinner in the courtyard. That's a big no no.
Kevin (my older brother) gave me a bunch of cd's. I dont think any of you know the bands I got, but I got the new Okkervil River cd, LCD Soundsytem, Architecture in Helsinki, the Rapture, and the New Pornographers. Dont worry, the New Pornographers arent bad or dirty or vulgar or anything, its just a name.
Spent the night at hunter's, he burned all the cd's I just got, of course.
Then tonight I just went to the movies to see the Island. It was really good, I'd recommend it to anyone. Saw Janelle running on the street on the way there. During the movie, there was a group of upcoming freshman that were pissing off everyone else by talking on cell phones and all that. One old guy even yelled at them twice, it was cool, I was on the old guys' side.
So yeah, life's good. For the most part. Thats about it.
