I am always afraid to accept myself.But most of us are into the same situation that mutates through the years but never really goes away.We have been trained,educated through the centuries of humankind not to trust our minds,our thoughts and primary conclusions.
The strategy to defeat the individual is pretty simple.They give us ideals,icons so that we will everyday try to become someone else,someone that we are not or suppose to be.The Christian will try to become Christ and Buddhist a Buddha.It is a very smart,deceiving trick that takes away ourselves from us.We become then only a falsified reflecting image on our mirror.
This plan is adaptable to every form of authority in the world,every mother and father,every teacher,every judge,every politician,every religious believer,every fan and anti-fan,every ethicologist.The ones that control the society and our cultural development are trying to make,mutate,transform every human being in the same way as the prototype that "worked".
The people that put us in their own way are the same people that we,most of the times,love and consider them wise and experienced.In fact these are our biggest enemies.They drive us away from ourselves.Our lives become living empty ,shallow shells because we haven't got anything to stand for and defend.Without knowing we were driven away from ourselves.
One basic aspect of this cultural plan is to convince you that you are wothless,unworthy the way you are now.Of course,you can always become descent and worthy,you just have to follow the rules and regulations that are being given from others.
Why can't i just accept myself the way i truly am?The answer is because you fear that everyone around you will reject you.Society has created the fear that if you accept yourself,they will reject you.
It takes great courage and mental effort to leave the crowd behind and take your own personal path.Being inside the crowd gives you the feeling of security,warmth.If you walk alone you sense fear.It's better to be part of a big crowd because you haven't got a responsibility for the things that go wrong.Responsibility is the one side of the coin and individual freedom the other.
The choice is yours to make.
