So .. I've not walked in two days .. one because I was so sore after walking the trail at the canal I couldn't walk, then yesterday I fell trying to take the stairs too quickly and hurt my knee .. not to mention Jason had his cramps again, and was in no condition to walk.

Any minute now I expect a little furry gry kitty by the name of Padme to lauch and attack my fingers.
