Arkham - mad house or Mad City?

I downloaded a demo of "Batman: Arkham asylum" for the 360. I've played it over and over again. It's absolutely beautiful and awesome.

Apparently, there's going to be a sequel game called "Batman: Arkham city." It also looks beautiful. Batman seems to have become the new Solid Snake.
