Any chance of an open dialog with her? To see if maybe the two of you could come up with a solution that you both can live with? Or am I being hopelessly optimistic?
Once she gets an idea in her head there's no reasoning with her. If she thinks there's something she can do to 'fix' me, then she won't accept any other options. She might agree to talk, but she won't listen.
Look in the front of the phonebook under state and government agencies, under county there should be a department of health and human services. Call them. If they say that they can't help you because you're a teenager, then ask for a supervisor, and if the supervisor can't help you ask for their supervisor; don't give up on yourself.

I don't know, I'd just like you to be happy. It makes me sad that no one seems to have a happy childhood/teenhood anymore.
