things that get you down

When I'm feeling kind of crappy, or when I feel lazy like I have no energy, I wish it were immediately obvious what the thing is that I need to do to kick myself into shape. Because there's always something that works. I need some kind of crazy biofeedback monitor that straps to my wrist and flashes little messages when my brain is unengaged or my posture is slouchy. Things like:

* drink water, you're dehydrated
* go outside, you need fresh air and sunlight
* get heart rate up, you're being sluggish
* put on music, you're listless
* eat whatever it is your body is telling you to eat, you're deficient
* go out, you're being antisocial
* make out with someone, you're lonely
* tick something off the list, you're feeling unproductive
* set some goals, you're aimless
* rest or go to the doctor, you're ill

And also it delivers a little electric shock so that it jolts me out of the funk.

I think I should patent a device that does this, but instead of being a super complicated biofeedback device, it just shocks you and flashes a random message if it detects that your heart rate has fallen below a certain point. All of those things on the list are good things to be doing in general so you can't really go wrong. Although I guess the making out part requires a little discretion.
