pricing and questions

I've noticed that, at least in deviantArt, when artists put their prices up, some are reasonable about their commission process and some aren't.

So, I've got a question for you all.

Have a look at my posting about commission prices and tell me:
- are my prices decent?
- if my prices aren't decent, tell me why
- is my wanting to finish a commission and then get payment before I send the completed piece a bad thing?

I've never been terribly certain about putting prices on my work.
