Hero to some, Nightmare to others.
I will finally be officially joining the ranks of my fellow Techy friends on October 16, 2007 when I start my new job as a Telephone Tech Support Guy.
I know not the true hell that I am about to enter but from the stories of the likes of you who have gone before me to travel the road of the broken cup holder. I know only that it is likely to be much nicer sitting in an air-conditioned office again and making $10 an hour instead of $7 an hour sweating in a warehouse.

Either a rant/work related story, or questions for you, my fellow Techies, about solving some of the problems I don't understand yet that you may have dealt with.
