Wowee, I'm making some pretty awesome colors. Mostly blue purple and red, but I can see a little bit of brown and yellow starting to seep in..
Still hurts, but only when bending or twisting or leaning. If I walk slowly and stand upright it's fine.
What are the best foods to eat to help your body heal itself faster? I know you take echinacea (or however you spell that) to boost the immune system, but is it protein and potassium for bruises and scrapes? Think I'll poke around WebMD or something.
EDIT: Bruises just need warmth to speed bloodflow away from the area. Hmm. Maybe I can go buy a washcloth at WinCo during lunch.
