i have no faith in the justice system. the lawyer yesterday told me that he cops did nothing wrong and that that while they did only do a half assed job regarding this event that they were able to get enough evidence to get a warrant for probable cause. forgive me if im wrong but, they didnt even find out if i owned a bike. If they couldnt find out information that took me TEN minutes to get can it really be said they did nothing wrong? From my understanding this girl didnt even have to show proof that she even owned a bike. she simply pointed at a tv screen and claimed my bike was hers. So ok, if i didnt own a bike i culd maybe see this idea of probable cause, but doesnt that at least require them to ask the question? the lawyer yesterday told me that no they didnt that my due process is found in the criminal courts... this seems so very very wrong to me.
