license to ride - wat dat about?
I never knew you had to have a license to ride/own a bike. Apparently that was enforced back when our parents were younger but what the hell? And it used to be enforced? What age is that enforced at? Can you imagine a 5-yr wheeling down the block in a sundress, jellyshoes (if any shoes) and a sticky popsicle in hand, being asked for ID? This is one
