My Danish heritage makes me partial to delicacies of an odd fishy nature.

I LOVE smoked eel, am very fond of pickled herrings in red sauce, mackrel tossed in tomato sauce & mayo is quite delightful.

Today I tried sprats. OMG, they are delicious. Smokey, pungent, fishy, in tomato sauce on pumpernickel bread makes Pop smile.
