Dug out my grandmom's recipe for eggnog. Enjoy!
My Grandmother's Recipe:
- 12 egg yolks, well-beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 pint Myers Jamaica Rum
- 1 pint Coronet V.S.Q. Brandy
- 2 quarts cream
- Nutmeg
Mix egg yolks & sugar, until sugar is dissolved. Add liquor slowly. Cover & chill in refrigerator for several hours. Before serving, fold in whipped cream. Pour into glasses & lighly sprinkle nutmeg over each.
Serves 60.
