epic fail, life...
I can't say I've been particularly lucky the past few days.
Yesterday morning I slipped on a patch of ice on the parking lot (the rest of the parking lot, strangely enough, was NOT icy!), which caused me cuts in my right hand, two contused knees and some pulled muscles in my right arm. It also caused me some pain in my left arm because I had to take my tetanus vaccination again and the muscle is a bit swollen now.
And today, something even worse happened. Right after waking up, I had to read on Twitter that some idiot (who, sadly enough, maintains the Offside blog for Athletic) decided that it was a good idea to link to a fic (!) that dfotw had written for me. And I, having the same nickname everywhere, started panicking.
I'm not ashamed IN THE LEAST if people know that I like fanfiction. I'm especially NOT ashamed about being connected with a fic as brilliant and awesome as the one that dfotw wrote for me. But there are idiots out there who don't take you and your (completely qualified) opinion about football seriously anymore once they know you read/write slash. Which, I know, is not MY problem, but still. Also, the new friends I've made on Twitter know a lot about me but not entirely everything and I panicked enough when I told them about being transgender. I don't want to drop even more bombs onto them in such a short time.
So yeah, you might have seen it already. I'm txorakeriak now. My old account has no connections to this one, which means strikethroughs everywhere, but that was not fully intended, it was just me being made of fail. I apologise for the inconveniences.
