I like that picture of the little Marijaias ;)

"Both sisters speak very good German" Wait until I tell them you said so xDD

That first multilanguage lesson is great. We'll have to find some more examples so that we can expand our knowledge.

Awwww... the pintxos!!

"Gulas is a surimi version of angulas, baby eels - very delicious. I've never tried real angulas so I can't say if they're that different from the surimi version"
I can tell you the last time I ate REAL angulas I was probably 8yo more or less. Did you know that angulas are quite a "luxury" thing nowadays? Even more at Christmas. You can by angulas at Christmas for 1000€ a Kg!!! The portion per person is supposed to be 200gr, so for 200€ you can have angulas on Christmas Day, for example ;) Obviously during the year they're cheaper.

About the riots... I don't even want to comment on it any further, I think you're explanation is complete and don't need to add anything else. You say it was "en exciting experience". Probably true, but an experience I DON'T want to live ever again!!

What a great restaurant the "Ein prosit"! It was fun.

And what a pitty about the music at our "Oktoberfest", it would have been fun if it wasn't for the choice and volume of the music!

Haha, but your sisters DO speak excellent German!!

I loved that multilanguage lesson! Maybe we can have another one in February? One of the girls who is visiting with me speaks Italian, which might be a very interesting addition! XD

The pintxos were delicious. I wish there was a pintxo bar in Augsburg because I really miss them!! :D And my stomach isn't big enough to fit in all the pintxos I'd have to eat in the Basque Country to last me until my next trip! XD

I read that angulas are quite a luxury foodstuff but I wouldn't have thought they're THAT expensive! O_O Well, I'm going to stick to gulas, I liked them! :D

I'm with you about not wanting to repeat the experience but I can't deny it was exciting. XD

I MUST go to that restaurant again! XD It was hilarious!

Maybe next time you have the Oktoberfest you must be part of the people who organise it and tell them to pick proper Bavarian music for it. XDDDD
