In September I came home visited the Basque Country with my buddy J again, and we had an absolutely amazing time. We discovered new, exciting places, visited familiar but no less exciting places, enjoyed the sun and the Basque cuisine, had a blast spending time with our favourite Basque girls, xurda87 and her sisters, and, last but not least, saw Athletic ( Read more... )

I would say that monument is supposed to be a fingerprint, because I am smart and my analytical brain decided that! LOL
Oh and btw Gorliz sounds like either Gohlis or Görlitz haha. XDDD

Somehow I was convinced that incident with Gabilondo happened forever ago (in my defense it feels like forever ago since I visited you). It's still funny even the second time around :D
And I really like looking at your pics! ^-^

You can't start something interesting and then say 'don't ask'. I wanna know about that milk! NOW!

WOAH! 2 things:
a) the twin towers of Frey were my first thought as well after you wrote 'twin towers'
b) I am proud to announce that me and my absolutely underdeveloped Spanish vocab knew what ayuntamiento is! HAH!

YAY for you and that you finally got around to posting!

LOL, it does look like a fingerprint! XD

And I always think of Görlitz when reading or hearing Gorliz! XD (But not the city but former Bayern player Andreas Görlitz. XD)

It all happened forever ago! *sniffle* But yes, the Gabilondo story still makes me grin like a loon. XD It'll never get old! XD

Glad you like the pics!

There are photos of the milk presentation at athletic_club! I can't believe you haven't seen them yet! Susaeta and Iturraspe are in them!! And we all agreed that it's somewhat ridiculous to have an "official milk" but we don't mind if it comes with pretty photos like those. ;)

Hahaha, so your Spanish lessons are paying off? XDD Ayuntamiento is one of the first words we learned. XD

Well the Spanish lessons... Miguel always gets pissy when someone doesn't immediately understand something and keeps trying to convince us to participate in every.single.political.event in town and it's getting annoying.
Not a big fan of people trying to pretty much force their livestyle and opinions on others. meeh

I'll check out the milk now... XD

Yeah, it's... meeh.
'If you go there I won't note it down as a missed lesson' because it coincides with our Spanish class and all.
