I can't think of movies right now, but the one scene that comes to mind is from "Glee", when Kurt discovers that the guy who's been bullying him is gay as well. It's a shocking moment, most of all because it's Kurt first kiss. Not sure if it fits in the list, but here's the link, just in case.

That film is one of my all-time favourites, despite the sad ending. And you're right, the kisses are just amazing! Though I'm not sure whether to include it in the voting or not because technically (characters-wise), they're straight kisses. ;)
