Why is it that whenever Sevilla play against one of my favourite clubs, they either obtain points by fraud (i.e. dive and cheat and exaggerate) or profit from horribly wrong referee decisions? No wonder I hate them.
Seriously, how can a foul against a goalkeeper result in a penalty against said goalkeeper? How the FUCKING HELL can the ref and the linesman not have seen that? I'm fuming so much right now, fuck, fuck, fuck.
Because, fucking hell, we could have had at least one point out of this. We were 3-0 behind, then Llorente scored twice, and then this bloody referee and this bloody linesman robbed us the chance to equalise. And THEN, right after Gabilondo scored the 4-3 in the third minute of stoppage time, that stupid ref blew the final whistle instead of adding more stoppage time for the goal and the delays that happened during the three minutes before.
And it's not as if that point would have been undeserved. Hell, even three points would not have been undeserved, because those guys in red and white fought so hard and never gave up, even when they were 3-0 behind, or 4-2, or when the decisions kept going against them, or even when Sevilla started circulating the ball in that typical self-satisfied fashion of a team that is leading by three goals.
When, I ask you, will Athletic's fighting spirit, their fantastic attitude and their plain fucking awesomeness FINALLY be rewarded?
Howgh, I have spoken.
