You might remember that I'm going to go fly to Spain with my parents on Monday. We're going to do a city tour and visit Barcelona, Valencia and Madrid.

Last night I consulted my three tour guide books, and wrote down stuff that might be interesting to visit. However, we have limited time for each city, and I have a feeling that I wrote down too much.

Could those who have been to one (or more than one) of the three cities or maybe even live there please let me know which sights are worth visiting when you're in Spain for the first time? Everyone defines "worth visiting" differently, so all kinds of opinions would be most welcome! :)

I also included some bars, cafés and restaurants, so if you've been to one of these and can particularly recommend it (or the opposite), please tell me! Other recommendations are welcome too, of course!
