Sadly, my hometown club FC Augsburg just dropped out of the German cup after a 2-0 defeat in Bremen.
However, I'm very proud of them because they've never played a German cup semifinal before and they had about 40 amazingly good minutes against a very strong Bremen, creating three or four great chances.
If they do indeed get promoted to the first league at the end of the season, which would be another first in the club's history, they might actually have a chance against some of the Bundesliga clubs if they make the same effort against them as they did against Bremen today.
