I have another one for you, in case you haven't seen it yet:
I melted. :D
And no, it's not bad at all! Sometimes, when people are gone for a very long time, I do notice their absence, but when they're only offline for a week, I usually don't notice. ;)
HOMG, I saw the pic already but it's makes me go HOMG! thank god cuteness doesn't kill ;)
he, I feel better now :) Well, it depends how much the person posts. If it's one of those people who post 22 times a day, I do notice their absence a lot faster. But normally I don't notice since we all have times when LJ is not the first priority.
It's true, it really depends on how much the person usually posts. I have someone on my flist who posts multiple times a day, and I'd really notice it if she didn't post anything for a couple of days. :)
Ah, I see! Unfortunately I still haven't seen Sherlock Holmes, though I can assure you the film is right at the top of my list of movies to watch very soon. :)
from what I've heard from my friends it's a movie you either love or hate. I love it. I mean it has Guy Ritchie as director,so some of the stuff that happens should not have come as a surprise. And I was quite surprised by my reaction towards Watson... I normally don't care about Law. But the hair, the moustache, the clothes... works well on me, lol.
sorry for spamming but I'm bored, can't sleep and had only little social contact today.
Honestly, I'm not sure if you like the movie. depends on your view on Sherlock Holmes in general, I guess.
About Jude Law, I googled pics of him today (I already mentioned me being bored, right?) and I have to admit, whilst he still isn't the hottest man on earth, he looks better then he did a couple of years ago, when everybody started to swoon over him.
Aw, I'm sorry to hear you can't sleep! Will try my best to entertain you a bit here, then! :)
I like detective stories, though I don't think the Sherlock Holmes ones are the best in existence. I prefer those where you actually have a chance of guessing the culprit, and Holmes usually knows more than the reader. But a work colleague of mine who has a good taste in films told me I need to watch it because it's well done and the action scenes are great.
He annoyed me in The Talented Mr Ripley (but then again, everyone except for Jack Davenport did), and I didn't care for him in Wilde. But I'm going to be completely neutral when I watch Sherlock Holmes and grant him another chance. ;)
I know wht you mean, Sherlock never reveals everthing and Doyle doesn't really do either until the end. I still like them thou. The fisrt detective stories I've read in my life :) Wait, I read the drei ??? before I read Sherlock Holmes.
I've never seen Wilde and didn't like The talented Mr. Ripley. Didn't like Alfie either... my, I think this might be the first movie I actually like him in and care about the character he's playing o.O
Sherlock Holmes is well done. I do like the chemistry between Watson and Holmes since it bring the whole relationship to life. I also like Robert Downey Jr, and he plays an quite interetsing Holmes. And I can only agree with your colleague about the action scenes.
ah, I've listened to some of their songs but have no idea how the people look.
OMG, "Die drei ???"! I loved those books. :D I still read them occasionally today. And Wolfgang Ecke's detective stories where you could guess the ending. :D
Wilde is a great film - excellent performance by Stephen Fry - but Jude Law's role is just annoying.
Haha, someone said that Sherlock Holmes was very slashy. It's one of the reasons why I want to watch the film so bad. XDDD
I nearly died when I watched Villarreal's "Lola" video and heard Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones sing. XD Hilarious that they chose the McFly version instead of the original one! ;)
If you want to watch a couple of videos, I could give you some links. The band is incredibly slashy. ;)
I still read "die drei ???" I just can't stop,I love those guys too much.
I will keep Wilde in mind when I'm looking for movies to watch the next time.
Sherlock Holmes is slashy. Thanks to Guy, Robert and Jude. They really let that one play out as much as they could.
H, I remember that video and noticing that it wasn't the original but I wasn't aware that is was McFly. I think we had one song, covered by McFly, on one of our road trip tapes. Heather Honey?
it was "Built me up Buttercup" thanks, will look at the vids tomorrow,I finally tired and I try to get some sleep.
eh, yeah right. Maybe they didn't plan it at the beginning but they sure hell let it play out. Just watch Robert and Jude during an interview. There was no way for them to play Holmes and Watson not slashy
oh, and I just read some comment thanks to my firefox going crazy... I think Santi is carrying a baby mattress, or something like that, there.

Thank you! :D
