uefa.com is requesting everyone to vote for their personal UEFA Team of the Year 2009!
Fans have until January 8th 2010 to select their star performers from a list of 60 players and coaches who have shone in the last 12 months. The group of nominees is picked by uefa.com's staff writers on the basis of their displays for club and country in 2009.

Yes, I voted for CRon this time, but only because the other options were worse. The same goes for Éric Abidal. But the others I stand behind firmly. Especially the coach, because he's made of awesome.
Featuring for the second time in a row: Casillas, Puyol, Lahm, Gerrard (as captain), Torres. And rightly so.
Discussions are most welcome. Or at least I'd love to know which players you chose. :D
Also, anyone playing UEFA CL Fantasy Football? I changed my team last matchday, sold some players and bought new ones. This is my squad for the upcoming matchday. What's yours?
