Hornblower is good. Yes, very good.

I'll do you one better, though - today I'll be going to Copenhagen to see sail ships and privateering and a sea battle (if I last until sunset, that is)

Nothing better than more slashy Age of Sail fandoms :)

Indeed! And I even asked my dad today for some movie recs about the Age of Sail fandom. He mentioned a movie about Drake and the one with the mutiny on the Bounty - no clue what the English title is. I think I'll watch them eventually... :D

I think it's your DVD player that hates Sharpe. ;-þ

I'm looking at Amazon but all I can find are boxsets from Hong Kong...now, if all your friends pitched in we could possible buy you the British boxset.... Now, here is the set of videos, if that's of interest. Hurry to bid, though.

Yeah, I checked out Amazon already, the one they're selling is too expensive. And those on Amazon Marketplace are too expensive, too. Actually, I would want the British boxset, but I can't order from Amazon.co.uk without a credit card... And it's still too expensive.

Pity I haven't got a video player...

Well, the Sharpe pretties hate me, therefore I haven't managed to get me the movies. But oh, "Hornblower"... Another Naval Threesome that rocks my socks.

I paid 58 Euros for the collection, but it was worth every cent.
