when saturday comes...

I just watched "When Saturday Comes". Unfortunately, my DVD only had a German audo track, therefore I couldn't hear Beanie's voice (*sob*), but I enjoyed the movie greatly!
I've always loved football and in my 6th grade (which means about 8 years ago), I played it myself, even in a team! So I felt a bit nostalgic during the whole movie and seeing Beanie play it was like OMGWOAH! Plus, he looked extremely sexy in his football clothes. And he looked even more extremely sexy when he was naked with that gorgeous tattoo on his shoulder blade, in the bathtub with the other guys from the team, cuddling with them (OMG teh slash!) and in bed with that woman (eeek, het, but he was so hot that I almost couldn't see anything else apart from him). Ahem.

By the way, I was really amused when I noticed that the one who played Jack, Jimmy Muir's opponent in the local team, who wanted to play for Sheffield United himself, played a gay guy in "The Full Monty". *giggle*

The last 15 minutes of the movie were even more exciting than an actual football game, and people who have already watched a football game with me know how I react. I bellow at the players (who obviously can't hear me, but I don't care), I think my suggestions better than the trainer's, I shout the walls down when my team scores a goal and I do the same thing - though with less joy - when the opponents score. One could say I'm watching soccer like a man. *lol* And so you can probably imagine how I watched the last 15 minutes of "When Saturday Comes". With the minor difference that, during the usual signs of my football obsession, I swooned over Beanie.

That was definitely a movie for me.

Now I have to get myself a copy of the English DVD and see the movie with the actual voice of Beanie voices of the actors.

And if anyone is interested, I could make screencaps of Beanie's naked arse - *coughs* - naked Beanie with a naked soccer team in a bathtub - *clears throat and forces self to focus* - the movie tomorrow. ;)
