Feel the salt in my hair!
Today was a pretty good day besides the fact that I am incredibly tired now. I worked last night till 9:30 then came home and studied till almost 3am then turned right back around and got up at 7. I was studying for my animal behavior test that I'm pretty sure I aced! nice -
As for today I was sitting outside the classroom for my Animal behavior test when one of my former professors (that I asked to volunteer with) walks out of the classroom that I was waiting for- well he starts talking to one of the grad students- John, and ask him if he is going out on the boat today, John says no, but then Dr. Smee (the prof) looks at me- I chime up- "can i go?" haha! Well Dr. Smee is like ya you just need to bring a lunch and field clothes. Woo hoo- so I took my test- aced it i think - then skipped my next two classes that we weren't doing anything in and went to go get food to take and then went out on the boat this afternoon. This afternoon was pretty cool, we were working on setting up one of the grad students research projects. The water was windy as hell when we first go on it but it calmed down and turned out to be a pretty cool afternoon. Needless to say I'm excited to be working on research and also to have a facutly reference that said he wouldn't mind writing me a recommendation for grad school- if thats what i decide to do.
well now I'm dog tired and falling asleep so i'm gonna crash since I have to get up at 4:45 am! eek!
ohh yea my cat had kittens = cute, so i any one needs a pretty little kitty let me know and they will be ready in 6wks.
