Happy Friday LJ friends! I hope you are all staying cool during these summer months. According to MSN it's 105 degress outside and I don't think it's lying to me. I'm boiling inside the store right now. Our A/C is crap, the owner won't pay to fix it, so we get what little we can from small fans on our desks. Oy. To say I'm miserable would be an understatement.

In other news, I finally started speaking to both my broters again. Family drama I vaguely mentioned in my last post. Lots of stuff going on and somehow my brothers and I were no longer on speaking terms. Within five minutes of being around each other, we were already talking and joking around. Siblings. Can't live without them and you can't kill them in their sleep.

Last Saturday was the first time I had to man the store alone for an entire day. I was extremely nervous and to add to my panic, last Saturday also fell on the last day of the business month. I had to make sure our deliquency accounts was lowered and bring in as much income as I could. The last day of the month is busy day for my co-woker and I, so doing it alone kicked my butt. Along with our location, the owner also has three different locations. We, the four stores, compete at the end of the montht to see who brought in the most income for the month. I was in second place all day, but by the time I was clocking out I was in the lead and way ahead. I'm hoping that we got first place beause that means a $150 bonus on my next check. *Crosses fingers* I could really use that money, so I'm hoping all my hard work pays off.

I haven't been to see a movie in the theater since The Town last year and it was years before that. With Fear Night and Rise of the Apes coming out this weekend I plan on going next weekend and sitting my behind in the theater and watching one if not both of them. Collin Farrel and James Franco? Um, yes please. :)

My cousin is getting married tomorrow. I plan on having at least a drink or two...or 10. I need a break from all this craziness and a wedding seems like a perfect place to do so. Family and friends and lots of smiles. Should be a fun time. So I leave you with well wishes and a smile. I hope you all have a lovely weekend!
Oh and just because...adorable comes in twos. :)
