learning curve

I spent a good portion of the week trying to remember all the things I seem to have forgotten from back in the day when I actually used to draw and paint on a regular basis. I have been picking things that have always been hard for me.. hands, perspective, lighting, etc. thinking the challenge would be good for me, since I need to learn to get better at using my painting software and drawing tablet anyway. But mostly it's just made me frustrated and want to bang my head against the drawing tablet. *L*  So in the end,  I had to put aside the perspective drawing I was working on for the time being (because it was driving me crazy) and thought I would work on practicing blending and using different brushes & paints. Ended up with this.
