I lifted a 70+ (pretty routine) but i lifted it then threw it up so i could adjust it in my hands, so i totally lifted it wrong... it didnt hurt at the time, but i told myself its gonna hurt when i wake up tomorrow (now) and it does... ill stretch it out over the next week and be back to feeling fine...
Pain isnt shit anymore... id much rather have back pains, then a heart attack from mental stress... i value my job and lifestyle so much... i see stress taking its toll on my friends, and im sure they see my job having an effect on me... only difference is that i wont be spazzing out with high blood pressure from my stress... ill just have sore muscles and bones constantly, which ive learned to deal with
