a very special post...
those of you who know me will need to sit down...
i cooked dinner! and it was soooooooooooooooooooo gooooooooooood!! it wasn't complicated or anything. but i'm thrilled that it was good, i didn't burn the house down, and (at least so far) didn't give anyone food poisoning! i made marinated red peppers and pizza with red peppers. theme night. heh. it was pretty lazy... didn't make the crust. instead we used a foccacia bread from wal mart. and we sued store bought tomato paste flavored to taste instead of making the sauce from scratch. and i even used provolone cheese that had been pre-flavored w/herbs... but i am so proud! i made the whole meal and it was good.
