virus software

how am i supposed to update the school issued version of mcafee? when i got to the tlu.tlu.edu page and click update software it reads:

echo off
call "C:\Program Files\Network Associates\VirusScan\mcupdate.exe"
call "C:\Program Files\Network Associates\VirusScan\scan32.exe"
echo on

and thats it. is it messed up or am i missing something?

EDIT: i have found the problem. you have to be using internet explorer and not firefox.
