(no subject)
This weekend was so much fun.
Left with Shawn, Lauren, and my Mom, during the evening of Friday night, arrived pretty late at Jim's in Temecula. I was fucking bummed since i had been waiting all week to run on the tredmill, and right before we left Simi i sprained my toe REALLY bad going UP the staires. It still hurts.
Saturday was the party, Josh arrived later on in the day, no thanks to bad traffic. The night consisted of:
- Fake snow that was very enjoyable to the touch, but REALLY gross the next morning after sitting out over night.
- Christmas ornaments on the huge tree in front of the house.
- Carolers (sp?) that did really great, but not as good as the ones that i saw last year.
- Santa Claus from Disneyland who was damn awesome. I got bunches of pictures sitting on his lap, he was awesome, and his beard was actually real.
- Elves... yes, short elves. They were fucking awesome. Shawn and i sat around with them a lot and talked with them, turns out they know Wee-Man personally, his name is Jason and they said his Mom was really pretty.
- Really good purple tortilla chips.
- Limo showed up at 10:30.
- Went for a ride over to this Banquet Hall.
- Surprised my Mom and sang Happy Birthday to her :) Her reaction was great and she had such a good time, i loved it, she deserves it.
- Hung out at the bar most of the night with Shawn and the 21-year-olds.
- Got to talking to a guy named Andrew. He was way cool... ended up liking me.. damnit, i seriously hate it when that happens, not even kidding. Ended up trying to get my number the rest of the night, gave his to my Mom to give to me, left that number in Temecula.. thanks.
- Got a little tipsy last night. Tried some Chapangne, for the first time, in the limo.. had a scooby-snack and another bottle of Chapangne at the bar. So good. Also had a few sips of a Pina Colada which i wish i would have ordered for myself.
- Danced a bit, but not too much since i was bothered by the older men looking at me.
- Drove home tonight with Josh, Lauren, and Shawn... stopped at Denny's.. had a great time driving home.. not too much traffic.. listened to the Postal Service, which is good, i need to get back into listening to them so i can enjoy their amazing sound without feeling sad about .. bleh. I loved it.
Talked to Thomas when we started home, he's coming over tonight. SHAWN MOLDEN IS COMING OVER TOO!!!! I haven't seen him in months, i'm so excited. Josh is coming back, and Lauren and i have the house to ourselves tonight. Lauren's hoping that Jason will come along with Thomas, so we'll see. It's been such a fun weekend.
Tomorrow i get to go back to the shit-hole.. aka, Jamba Juice, so i can pretend to not want to shoot my manager in the face. Oh well, life's tough sometimes, just gotta deal with it.
