The fic I'm looking for is a oneshot in which another time agent shows up at Torchwood. I'm fairly certain she was female with a "J" name. Anyways, she's getting all threatening, when Ianto shows up with coffee...
He gives both Jack and the time agent coffee, which is poisoned. Jack wakes up later and Ianto says something about being tired of time agents.
