Post-Cyberwoman, Jack makes Ianto watch autopsy, Owen gets annoyed
I just read this fic not long ago and apparently forgot to bookmark it, though it's definitely an older fic. It's the immediate aftermath of Cyberwoman. Jack makes Ianto watch Lisa's autopsy and Owen gets pissed off at the cruelty of that and grabs the microphone above the autopsy table and loudly says into it something like "Cause of death: a bloody great big hole in her head" and then basically tells Jack to go fuck himself. I think there's more support from Owen after, maybe he takes Ianto home or something. I just remember him getting pissed off and talking into the recorder.
