Looking for a fic that I recall two scenes from. I think it is after Lisa and Ianto is doing poorly physically. Jack goes to look for him and finds him in myfanwy’s nest. Myfanwy refuses to give Ianto up until Jack promises to take care of him

I think the story you're looking for is Suspension by misswinterhill.

Ianto goes to the hub while on suspension, as Myfanwy turned up at his place and he returns her and cleans up while he's there, since the team are drowning in rubbish and dinosaur poop. He falls asleep in her nest, and they realise how unwell he is and keep him in one of the rooms off of the medical bay, in order to treat him. Myfanwy is worried about him and goes into the room and up onto his bed.
