AU from Ianto's and Jack's POV

So I just remembered this AU story that is writen once from Jack's POV and the other from Ianto's. Does anyone remember them, or one of it? Thanks for the help :)
After meeting him, Jack doesn't give Ianto the job at Torchwood. Instead they they begin a sort of relationship and Ianto takes care of Jack, like cooking dinner etc. But Ianto keeps insisting on wanting to work for Torchood and Jack says that he doesn't date his employees so if he wanted to work they'd have to end their relationship. Jack then gets angry about Ianto choosing the job over him. During rhe trial period he is really distant and cold towards Ianto, hoping that if he quit rhey's get back together. Owen and Suzie are also realy mean to him because they say he broke Jack's heart.
