The journey down to Cardiff had been spent in a comfortable silence between the two of them, punctuated only by switching radio stations as they passed through different areas and odd comments. By the time they reached Cardiff Bay the sun was rising and it was Saturday morning. Jack quietly parked the SUV in its bay and left JD sleeping there while he went to the Hub and his office checking on a few things and listening to the familiar sounds switching a few things on before heading back to the SUV to wake JD.
