So I picked up a book at Borders the other day called The Knife Man: Blood, body snatching and the birth of modern surgery. It's about John Hunter's weird little habits and experiments. It's really fascinating. Each chapter is about a different body part that he... er... acquired... and the outcome of his work with it.

I really love this book, but there's a problem.

I am so squicked out and I'm not even past the first chapter yet. Blech.
