Ava was glad that her roommate wasn't here.
Not that she didn't adore Melissa, and think she was a thousand kinds of awesome, but between her highly caffeinated state and the fact that Sam was coming over, she kind of wanted to be uninterrupted by people that would turn this into a more platonic interlude than a romantic one. At the moment, Ava had a preference for romantic. But that could be just her.
Romantic would be the appropriate action to still the endless bounds of energy Freddie the Director had left her with, due to his caffeine faux pas.
She was still bouncing from earlier, messing around on Facebook to keep her occupied until Sam got there. There was an empty Starbucks cup next to her, and her fingers were flying across the keys as she typed, waiting for that tell tale knock on the door. Which was taking a really, really long time to get there.
What could she say -- caffeine made her impatient.
