Yay for the TWT show tonight. It was KILLER, just as I expected. Those guys really know how to rock. Quite a lot happened. Their set was amazing, but they didn't play nearly enough songs in my opinion. I guess all of them had a cold but Joel seemed viciously ill. I felt so bad.. but there's not much that can be done about that.

Can I just say.. for a "sit in" guitarist or whatever you want to call him, this guy was AMAZINGLY GOOD. One of the most talented guitarists I've seen live, no joke.
I got to interview them and what-not (they're all so sweet!), although that was SOO DAMN SHITTY. I lost my questions 30 minutes before the interview and the backup recorder wouldn't work when we got in there. (It was lame as hell.. but our good one broke.) Next time they come, I'm going to try for another interview and make sure it actually goes well.
Anyway, yeah, I had fun. It was mighty sweet in every way. Well, almost. But yeah, I'm so glad Nick came along. I think he's part of the reason I had such a killer time, haha. Oh yeah, and I got to meet i_cry_at_night. I wanted to talk to him more but I was in a rush trying to figure out new questions to ask the guys and what-not so I just said a quick hello and goodbye. He was really nice, though. Him and the girl he was with.
They said they're coming back soon with Copeland. I'm extremely excited for that. And, and.. MAE CONCERT THIS SATURDAY, ANYONE? YES.. I THINK SO!
