What a fun day I had today!
Up early for a roundtrip car-bus-train ride to Malmö in the uttermost southern parts of Sweden. I was asked by a fellow hobbyist if I wanted to go with her to a small crafts fair for miniature/dollhouse collectors and artists. SURE! I needed to go see somethign else.
It was a VERY good trip with a really good travelcompanion as well. Ulrika loves to make dollhouses and such and I like to make dolls, so that was just a very, very good trip for us both. I bought a delightful little porceline teenage slim girl that'llbe made to a Fey of some kind. She is a delight in true form. Plus also some lovely smallpatterned fabric swatches that will go into my box of many fabrics. ;-)
My freind found some amazing furnitures and also assistance in constructing 50s style furniture. It'll be fun to see that theme come together. :-)
Overall: Fabulous day out! Thanks for the fabulous idea to go, Ulrika!! Now I'm throughly tired out and have to be up ina few hours to work AND after that go tot he driving school . I'll be one tired mama tomorrow eveing.
