I’m absolutely dumbfounded because I don’t know where to begin. I’ve started, stopped, started, stopped, and started again so many times now that I’m just at a loss.

Ok, so for starters… AMAZING BACKSTORY FTW! Seriously, this whole chapter, especially coupled with the previous, was full of so much win it’s almost not fair to any and all other writers in the whole of fanfic. You basically just bitch-slapped Joss for a job not done.

I have been so excited about learning Jenny’s past and you certainly did not disappoint! So, for the finer details…

* The sexiness that is J/G post-sex is quite a lovely read. Even the second time around, that was astonishingly butterfly inducing. And yes, Giles, please do walk across the room again… and again… and again… My Lord, if I were Jenny, I’d have to keep a stash of panties in the nightstand to throw at him regularly. Yum!

* Someone been putting something in your coffee again? Hehehe, LMD reference FTW! XDDD

* Hehe… Damn straight Jenny demanded he take off his pants. That’s because she’s a sexy-ass BAMF! LOL I’m not sure if anyone could say ‘no’ to that demand from her!

* So long as Angel keeps his lips to himself, I'm sure everything will be just fine. … LOL I love how he’s still so protective and insecure!

* A pink flame…passion. Hmmmmm… intriguing! Oh wait. Good ol’ Vivian settles Giles’ ire later by explaining the fleeting nature of passion. Gotta love that Vivian. Wise lady for sure! Damn right he’s her earth. Her roots grow deep with him… or is it the other way around! Badump-chhhhhhh XD Yes, folks… I’ll be here all week. Don’t forget to tip your waitress!

* LOLOLOLOL at the remark Jenny makes about Angel’s Irish accent. She is kind to not say what we’re all thinking - it’s horrible. Just bad. And thank YOU for confirming what we all were thinking! :-D

* OMG how freaking epic to have Angelus fall for Jenny’s spitting-image ancestor. Now, my first comment regarding Serena is that you did a fab job setting her up visually in my mind. I can only imagine how stunning she must appear, looking like Jenny, wearing a gypsy gown. Wowow. Secondly, as I mentioned to you before, you had an open door to go SMUT CRAZY with Angelus and Serena. While it would have actually fit quite well, I could only imagine Giles’ reaction to watching it. Then again, in hindsight, maybe that would have been a bit difficult for poor ol’ Giles to handle. It’s obvious, and understandable, that he still has some A/J hang-ups, and maybe that would provide a missing visual that would spark bad thoughts. Yeah… you did well keeping it tame.

* OMG Enyos!! Where do you come up with this stuff, seriously!!!! He’s a wizard! And he was Serena’s father! GAH! This explains soooooo much! I can now actually say that I don’t blame Angelus for killing Enyos! And, to be honest, I hated Angelus all of this time because of what he does to Jenny in cannon, but given this chapter, in your AU G/J-filled world, I actually feel sorry for him. Um…that’s not only a first, but its impressive that you were able to turn my feelings toward a character around. Pretty damned cool in my opinion.

* And poor Serena. :-( Looking like Jenny, it’s obvious that Serena would have made one amazingly awesome/sexy/BAMF vampire. Gah! How awesome could it have been if she didn’t die, and if she would have been around while Jenny was alive - Jenny’s vampire doppelganger. GAH! So cool! But, she isn’t. And it’s so freaking sad that Angel had to do her in. :-( That actually adds so much to emotional turmoil that you feel Angel going through when he’s around Jenny. He has the misplaced passion for Serena and yet he can’t have Jenny. It’s like eternal torture for him. :-(

* "You saved me. We're married now, and we're working on a family." She shook her head. "All that other stuff is ancient history. I got the answers I was looking for from it, so please. Let's put it behind us now."
"I promise I'll try harder to let it go."
"Thank you." Arching an eyebrow then, she asked, "Now are you gonna make love to me, or do I have to beg?"
Pardon me while I let out a gentle sigh of fangirl relief. :-) I love these too so freaking much. HHHHEEEEEEE!

Stupid LJ character limit. I really didn't think I was going over... O.o Oh well, here's the rest:

* GGAAAHHHHH!!! Jenny’s dream!!! She’s a seer! :-D I LOVE IT! The dream is so vivid! It’s really going to haunt her. I hope she doesn’t end up blaming herself! :-( I’m curious if she’ll tell Giles or not. I hope she does.

I really did love the hell out of this entire chapter. The back stories alone are so amazingly well thought-out. Seriously, it is obvious that you put in a TON of effort on these last two ‘filler’ chapters. They really have not only answered a ton of lingering questions, but they set the groundwork for some amazing stuff! I cannot WAIT! The rest of this season is going to be epic. My only fear is that Grave is going to come along right about the time that I’ll be working 80 hours a week. I’ll have to sneak into the restroom with my phone and read! LOL

But as always, I will read and LOVE and read some more!
Thanks again from your resident smutnut! :-D

And as a post-FB apology - I’m sorry it took me so long to respond. I, as usual, worked late last night only to come home to a lovely evening with my husband who kindly massaged my neck and ran me a nice bath. :-) In lieu of not being able to steal ASH from Sarah, I think I’ll keep my hubby. <3

It’s really going to haunt her. I hope she doesn’t end up blaming herself! :-( I’m curious if she’ll tell Giles or not. I hope she does. I'm really looking forward to that aspect -- I've been so excited about the showdown, but I also really can't wait to do the aftermath. Still not quite sure which way I'm gonna go with the aftermath. I shall ponder it over this next episodic piece. :)

Thank you again, SO much, for your kindness! At the start I wasn't sure how well these last two chapters would be received, since they're more informational than anything else. I'm so happy you enjoyed them both.

(And if Grave does happen to roll around when you're doing 80 hour weeks, please let me know and I'll make sure not to say anything spoilery on Twitter -- that's where I'm unleashing the twists and turns, after all! *wicked wink*)

And if Grave does happen to roll around when you're doing 80 hour weeks, please let me know and I'll make sure not to say anything spoilery on Twitter Oh, no, please don't make any adjustments for me! Seriously. If you put stuff on twitter and I happen to see it, then I will just have to take a restroom break... Works for me! LOL People are gonna think I'm preggers for how often I'll be running to the restroom during the day! O.O

Oh, no, please don't make any adjustments for me! Seriously. Nah, I think I'm gonna keep any 'Grave' tweets as spoiler-free as possible. Everyone reads the chapters at different times, anyway, and I don't want to wreck all that I've been planning for almost a year now. So. Consider my lips sealed during 'Grave' :)

(This doesn't necessarily mean I won't post good-naturedly-wicked teases on Twitter, of course. Hehehe. It's the evil bunnies.)

Seriously, this whole chapter, especially coupled with the previous, was full of so much win it’s almost not fair to any and all other writers in the whole of fanfic. You basically just bitch-slapped Joss for a job not done. Awwwww! Hehehe, you are way too sweet for words. I'm so happy you enjoyed this chapter, even though a lot of it centered around Jenny and Angel. I was really looking forward to finally getting this one out - I feel like it's been in my back pocket for ages.

The sexiness that is J/G post-sex is quite a lovely read. Even the second time around, that was astonishingly butterfly inducing. Hehehe, why thank you! I got those pretty images in my head and HAD to share them. I figured you guys wouldn't mind. ;) (Also, LOL at your Jenny/panties comment. I could so see her doing that, just as a joke -- howling and cat-calling Giles, throwing spare undies at him while he rolls his eyes, but secretly loves it! HEE.)

Her roots grow deep with him… or is it the other way around! Badump-chhhhhhh XD Yes, folks… I’ll be here all week. Don’t forget to tip your waitress! BAHAHAHA. WIN.

LOLOLOLOL at the remark Jenny makes about Angel’s Irish accent. HAHA, glad you liked that! There was no way I COULDN'T address that godawful accent. Oh, DB. So hot. So, SO bad at accents.

I can only imagine how stunning she must appear, looking like Jenny, wearing a gypsy gown. HEEEE! As I mentioned on Twitter, I am SO glad we all seem to agree that Robia would own the hell out of a gypsy ensemble. That'd take 'gorgeous' into the stratosphere.

Secondly, as I mentioned to you before, you had an open door to go SMUT CRAZY with Angelus and Serena. While it would have actually fit quite well, I could only imagine Giles’ reaction to watching it. And trust me, I dialed it back A LOT. When I was originally planning this piece, I wasn't going to have Giles looking in on it -- it was just gonna be Jenny and Angel. If I would've kept it like that, there would've definitely been smut. But, I figured it'd be kind of weird with not only Giles, but Vivian too, essentially peeking in on those memories. LOL voyeurism doesn't seem like Giles' thing. :P And, like you said, that would fill in the blanks for him in a very traumatizing way, poor guy.

OMG Enyos!! Where do you come up with this stuff, seriously!!!! He’s a wizard! And he was Serena’s father! GAH! That, honestly, was semi-last-minute. I was trying to figure out how to handle the whole curse aspect -- I'd essentially have to invent a whole 'nother new character. Then I just got this interesting little thought, like, "Heh, what if Enyos did it?" because that could explain why he was on Jenny's case so much -- so, BOOM. Sorcerer. Glad you liked that bit. :)

How awesome could it have been if she didn’t die, and if she would have been around while Jenny was alive - Jenny’s vampire doppelganger. GAH! So cool! That would've been SO awesome. I think I even mentioned in an above response that I would've LOVED it if Angelus had just 'turned' Jenny. That would've added a whole new level of angst and hotness. Because you'd have Giles/Jenny, who would essentially be the grown-up version of Buffy/Angel then, plus Angelus/Jenny who could've done all kinds of sexy badass things without their souls. GAAAAHHHH WHY DIDN'T THIS REALLY HAPPEN, JOSS. What a bitch he is, seriously.

He has the misplaced passion for Serena and yet he can’t have Jenny. It’s like eternal torture for him. :-( Heee, precisely. So, there'll always be a little something between him and Jenny, but nothing can ever happen. :D
