To begin, I love (as always) the teasing that is done when Jenny is wearing something particularly showy. What makes it especially awesome is that she is dressing up as one of Charlie's Angels. That was pretty epic.

I also love how Rupert complains about his costume, then Jenny tells him it's hardly the worst costume he has ever worn, then distracts him with her costume. Tis how it always works.

The sexual one-upmanship in this chapter was purely amazing and I would have to agree with you, the teasing and one-upping is soooo much more fun to read than the actual smut, even though that's pretty nice too.

Anya's impeccable timing was pure win. She would walk in just as they were trying to get it on in the training room. Then, of course she continues to interrupt them by making comments on Giles' costume (while they are STILL trying to finish in the training room. Leave it to them to do that when somebody is just sitting on the other side of the door..).

I had a feeling that Xander wouldn't mind Jenny's costume of choice either, no matter how mad it makes Rupert. Gotta love Xander for that.

I remember when Xander made the announcement in the show that he and Anya were going to get married. It was just that much more awesome in this story.. I was so excited for them then because I loved their pairing, and I am even more excited for them now.

Gotta love the smut, as always, even though it makes them late to the party ( I totally think everybody knew what they were up to).

The party was definitely my favorite part, especially the scene where Xander is talking to Giles about knowing if Jenny was the right one. The comments Giles makes there are just so cute and epic. Then, of course while that is going down, Jenny is talking to Anya about sex positions. XD She seems like the kind of lady that would be good at that sort of thing, especially "Windmill Salad." Jesus, XD I think when you mentioned that, I totally lost it. That was an amazing bit. However, trying to bend your mind around what that position might require can get a little messy.

Dawn, always the trouble maker. Again, I remember this episode (if I am thinking of the right one) and I was so mad when Dawn wasn't where she said she would be, even though we were kind of expecting it. Luckily, Rupert, being the bad ass that he is saved her, and she was alright. The scene where he saved her was definitely one of my favorites. Giles fighting? Yes. Hot.

*sighs* Buffy going back to relying on them to do everything.. Never a good sign. I am interested to see if you have them move back to England (as Giles did in the show), or if you are going to work them into staying there.

Lastly, Xander showing up at their doorstep to get angry at Jenny for telling Anya about 'Windmill Salad?' Priceless, as always. Gotta love that kid.

Well, I am extremely excited to see that you have started OMWF. That has to be one of my most favorite episodes and I am excited to see what you do with it.

Thank you!! I originally really wanted Jenny dressed up as a black cat (hi skin-tight black spandex!), but I had forgotten the pure awesome of those short-shorts. So, Charlie's Angels it quickly became. Plus, I figure I could get a lot of miles out of the Xander/Jenny stuff with that costume too, lol :)

I would have to agree with you, the teasing and one-upping is soooo much more fun to read than the actual smut, even though that's pretty nice too. It really is! TBH, sometimes smut-writing gets kind of 'chore'-like (if that makes sense at all), whereas teasing is just all fun and banter and love.

The party was definitely my favorite part, especially the scene where Xander is talking to Giles about knowing if Jenny was the right one. Thank you! I so adored that part in the episode with Giles trying to give Xander a pep talk on the stairs, but I always felt it needed a little more substance. In the show, after all, Giles didn't have the experience in a long-term relationship to really be of any help to Xander (which Xander definitely needed at that point, lol).

"Windmill Salad." Jesus, XD I think when you mentioned that, I totally lost it. That was an amazing bit. However, trying to bend your mind around what that position might require can get a little messy. LOL! Yes, Windmill Salad. I really think it needs to be in the Urban Dictionary, with some really complicated flow-charts and diagrams, hahaha. Also, in my mind I figured Jenny would make sure to add a part of the 'move' that requires throwing lettuce at the other person. Because you KNOW Anya would do it.

Luckily, Rupert, being the bad ass that he is saved her, and she was alright. The scene where he saved her was definitely one of my favorites. Giles fighting? Yes. Hot. YESSS, I loved that part. Even though it kinda reinforced that whole 'Buffy-relies-on-him-to-fix-stuff-too-much' mindset from early season six. Poor Giles. :(

Thanks much! I hope to have OMWF finished within the next couple days.
