[To those in the hospital, they would see that Shiwa-Lotto got a room all to herself. It's a very spartan room with barely anything in it. TV, bed, bathroom, some nightstands with vases and some nice flowers to chipper up the room. As with most flowers it fails. The room is white as most, but a speck of black security camera makes a pretty big impression. Shiwa-Lotto's sleeping in the bed, a computer opened to her journal at its side, until you come and wake her up, so nows the chance to read the prognosis chart at the foot of her bed. Also, conviently enough, the prognosis sheet was put onto her journal, which eveyone can see and access in order to talk to Shiwa-Lotto.]
Patient Name: Takedo Shiwa, also goes by Takedo Lotto
Diagnosis: Multiple laceracions along the legs and torso, large signs massive brusing, several 3rd degree burns along arms accompanied by signs of frostbite, several nerve clusters were damaged due to electric shock.
Personal Note: The most logical conclusion is that she somehow got into a car accident and was shocked, on fire and was hit with anti-freeze. However, that's got a low chance of happening. As such, further investigation was asked of the Police. Due to the habit of referring to herself by two different names, we suppose that she has D.I.D. All staff has been notified not to upset the patient.
