Everyone, thank you very much for today. Really, truly, thank you so much for coming out for our first day. Did everyone fully enjoy the 5x20 Anniversary Tour?

Those who love Arashi?
(Audience: YEAH!)
Those who don't think of anything other than Arashi?
(Audience: YEAH!)

What a coincidence.
I don't think of anything other than these 4 either. Since we've been together for over 19, 20 years.

As for 5x__, when it was our 5th anniversary it was 5x5. Ah, it's amazing that it was 5 years, huh? 5 years passed.

Kokuritsu Kyougijou (National Stadium). 5x10. The 10th anniversary. At Kokuritsu. Amazing, huh? There were conversations like that.

Then 5x20. It's strange, rather than how amazing '20' is, I'm fully realising how much the fact that the '5' doesn't change means. For me, it's the fact that the number hasn't changed, that what the number means hasn't changed, that we've walked all this way together. I think I'm so fortunate, and more than anything, I think that's thanks to all of you fans. Thank you very much.

Even if I were to put it in words, I have so much gratitude that I couldn't possibly convey it all, so for coming for this first day, thank you very much. From now on, I'd like to spend time conveying that. I'd like to convey that with these 5 people. 19 years, 20 years, 19 years old. Well, I don't know but anyway, I'm grateful. Thank you very much.

Folks, thank you very much for today.
It's 5x20 this time. The other day we just did 5x10, it feels like it's passed in a flash, though it also does feel like 10 years have passed. I've all sorts of feelings right now.

When we debuted, I was 18 years old. And now, I'm almost 38 years old. Even when I turn 38, I still feel young. I may be an old man, but deep down for that old man, he's still a young old man.

Of course, the other 4 are old men, too. But they're young, right? We have that youth because all of you watch us on TV, come to our concerts and support us. We may have welcomed our 20th year, but I'm filled with so much gratitude I can't express it in words.

So the fact that we can do concerts like this today, it's naturally thanks to all of you. I'd like to keep doing this from now on, with that youth starting from today right to the end. Thank you very much for today.

Thank you very much for today, everyone. As always, truly, thank you.

Thanks to all of you, we could welcome our 19th year and enter our 20th. Man, seriously, we're grateful. We have nothing but gratitude. Even if you gathered all the gratitude in the world, it wouldn't be enough, that's how grateful we are.

We debuted in 1999 and in the first 10 years, Arashi gradually got bigger, and it was thanks to all of you that we could get bigger. You stuck to that Arashi and didn't abandon us and continued in that state. Then in the 10 years from there, one by one we started getting the hang of our own pace, and I think it's a 10 years made possible because everyone around us was watching over us.

I've been thinking this a lot more, recently, but music or the power of song is really amazing. If songs didn't exist, I wouldn't have met these 4, and I wouldn't have met all of you today, and I wouldn't be holding this mic here. The fact that I'm able to be here holding this mic today is thanks to all of you, and I'm filled with gratitude.

From now on, holding this mic, holding hands.
(Audience giggles)
That's not the part where you laugh!

I'd like us to all face forward together. The tour starts today and I think it'll be a long tour. I want to do this with feelings of gratitude. Thank you very much for today, everyone.

Thank you very much for a wonderful first day today.

I really hate the question, 'how has it been, doing these 20 years with these 5 people?'. I've been asked that a lot, lately. 'Well, would you understand?' I always say in my heart while answering. It hasn't been that optimistic a 20 years, and probably nobody but these 4 would understand what it's like to have life flung at you, to have stood shoulder-to-shoulder for 20 years, living each day at a time.

These 4, now, as Sho-chan said, haven't decreased or mysteriously increased. The fortune of doing this with these men, I don't really want to say it often. That alone is a wonderful thing, and I truly think that what allows us to do this wonderful thing are those who come to a venue like this, those who watch us on TV, all of you fans who support us in various forms. Thank you very much.

I've thought about all sorts of things, but nothing beats 'thank you'. Recently, I've thought that I don't want to waste even one chance of facing you and saying the word 'thank you' to properly express 20 years' worth of thanks.

Although probably, since I'm not perfect, I'd just end up going 'thanks very much!' (said in an offhanded way)

I'll be doing that from now on, too. As a human, as an adult, something I can properly be proud of - be it words, feelings, doesn't matter what it is, just bring out one thing - I think from now on, there's an enjoyable life ahead. It starts from here. It'll still continue. It'll still be continuing. Making 20 years of memories with everyone from all over the nation, and progressing on to the next.

Today has been incredibly fun. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for today, everyone.

At the beginning, we wanted to deliver our 20 years of gratitude to each and every person. We said that. The concert that encompasses our 20 years of gratitude is this concert today. The 5 of us have talked about all sorts of things and we've had you all answer a survey asking what your favourite songs were, so I think there are people here who have collaborated with us on that. We've used that as reference. On top of that, we intended to have songs that the 5 of us all agreed on and do that with all our might. Did we manage to convey that?

We'd be happy if we managed to convey our gratitude to each and every person. Above all, I really think that with this, we begin our tour with this first day, and we've finally begun our 20th year. Going for a meal together with all 5 of us, or having people congratulate us, that's happened too, but that isn't really enough to really feel it. Doing this, being in direct contact with all you fans, meeting you at this concert, that's the moment that it feels like it's really begun.

The members have already said it, but we're using this 1 year to deliver 20 years' of gratitude to a lot of people in all sorts of forms.

Today, 16th November, the first day of the 5x20 tour, meeting all of you here at the Sapporo Dome, singing and dancing, spending this time together - to us, that's a really precious time and it's given us plenty of courage to start from here.

So with the 5 of us together with the Juniors, the band, the orchestra and the staff, we'd like to run right through to the end. So once more, truly, we've turned 19 and entered our 20th year. Really, truly, thank you very much. Please treat us well from here on out.

Truly, thank you very much for today.
