Good morning. This is Arashi's Ohno Satoshi.
Here's today's thought of the day; come on!

Ahh. That happens. I've often come across this. Mm.
This is a phrase meaning the initial meeting between two parties. It applies to those involved in films, plays, contests and so on.
That's right. Definitely. I hate first meeting. Like you know how there are first meetings for reading through the script in dramas. I've hated reading since I was a kid, so the moment I see the words 'script reading', I go into denial. (laughs) That's for sure.
So it'd be like, "This is Ohno Satoshi-san playing such-and-such character!" And then I'd have to say a word or two, they always do that. Then it'd be, "Right, so let's start the script-reading" and I'd be like Uwaaaa...
So like for this time round. We had the first meeting and script-reading, right? So after that, we got up and were going through scenes in the rehearsal. Then you sort of remember who you were facing at the time, right? But then when you go to the actual location of the scene, it's totally different. (laughs) That often happens.
Then for stageplays. Like Tensei Kunpuu, I think it was. The first meeting and script-reading. Script reading? Even when I got onstage, they didn't give me anything to read. What am I supposed to read? And then there was the first meeting. There was a stack of paper there.
Then when I looked at it... one speech was about 3 minutes long. And back then, my co-star was Kidacchi. Kida-san had written 'Good luck' on it. So in any case, I just read a little of it, did some warming up and then went home. Mm. That sort of thing happened too.
But well, today. 2nd April. There are probably people out there having some sort of first meeting, who knows. So take it easy. It's best to relax. So yeah, anyone having a first meeting out there - hang in there!
