They exist. You just have to be patient.
Anyway, you're very welcome, and thank YOU for reading it! I already have three or four pages of Chapter One of "SotR" written. Not bad stuff. I hope it lives up to expectations.

Awesome~! I loved it! Madam Morrible and the "fornicating", Moody spending three entire chapters asleep *g* and the thing about George and the dragons...
Lack of Colour has been very important to me as well- it's easily one of my top 3 favourite Harry/Cedric fics ever. I feel sad that it's over. But hey, Sound of the Revolution to look forward to! (and I'm going to go back and reread all thirty chapters as soon as possible)
I'm glad you changed your mind about killing Ced- we would have been denied some great, touching and awesome moments. Several parts of several chapters stay in my mind- the first kiss before the first task, the dance-lesson, H and C reuniting after their breakup, the door that has to asked to open politely... LACK OF COLOUR rocks!!
Love your stuff, dude! Looking forward to the next part in the series! Don't keep us waiting too long!
btw- The WHO Xmas Special "The Next Doctor" airs in Oz this Sunday night on television, so technically you still got the last chapter of LACK out before the Xmas WHO episode!! *g*

It always means a lot to me to hear that my story means so much to them. Like I said to theoclovr223, I've started the first chapter of "SotR", and it's looking good. I'm excited for it, and especially excited not to have a set time frame for it.
I love the door that has to be asked politely. I forget about shit like that, sometimes. :)
Speaking of Doctor, you've heard about Eleven, right?

It's a very sweet and believable story. Harry and Cedric are very canonical. I hope you end up doing as many installments as JK herself!!
Yes, Matt Smith looks interesting as the Eleventh Doctor. He's quirkily cute, which is just my cup of tea, plus his mannerisms remind me of Tom Baker *g*. Lots of my fellow long-time WHO buffs are all "OMG! The Doctor is younger than me!" *g*

As for the Doctor, I see what you mean. I didn't watch the old stuff, but just from what I've seen I don't particularly love Tom Baker - the man looks like a troll, and it bothers me. I'm not saying the Doctor has to be completely gorgeous, just.. not troll-like. I do love that the Doctor is now only three years older than me. Maybe if he was younger than me I'd be more bothered.

This was so lovely. Not only this chapter--but the story in its entirety! I applaud you for being able to change the title's meaning into something that completely altered the story while still making the message behind it wonderful.
I'm really happy that I was able to read these series as you wrote it! You've done such a spectacular job portraying their relationship in a real way-- not the prefect bathroom encounter cut-outs that appear so often in this pairing. I just adored your story! I'm also happy to hear that you'll be continuing too! I wish you the best of luck!!! (And get some well deserved rest too!:) )

I am going to rest. Unfortunately not as much as I'd like - if today was any indication, this may be a L O N G semester. We'll see.
Thanks for reading, peppermintjam, I hope you'll stick around for the sequel :)

AND I DON'T EVEN CARE.
I've loved this story. I first discovered it... year and a half ago? Something like that.
Read it with my boyfriend at the time, and it was awesome.
Read it while single, and it was awesome.
Read it while doing nothing: awesome.
Read it at uni: awesome.
I think you can probably see the pattern here.
Also, regarding this chapter specifically, wanted to ask something...
The bit where you mention Voldermort being 'really' out there, in flesh and blood and bone...
That was an intentional reference to the ritual used to raise him, yes?
(I've heard of flesh and blood used in that context, but never bone.)
I thought that was cool.

I know how you feel. I was dating a completely different person when I started this story, and attending a different school. Then he and I just hooked up, then I transferred, then I met someone else, then I lived in Disney World for five months.. Now, by the time I start posting the sequel, I won't even live in the house I grew up in anymore. It's intense.
Yes, "flesh and blood and bone" is the title of the chapter on 'GoF' where Voldemort is resurrected. It was on purpose. Most things that I do are.

(Clearly I've had a productive day.)
It's now Ridiculous o' clock in the morning, and I'm probably going to oversleep and a) fail my room inspection because I haven't vaccuumed yet and b) miss my lecture.
But, as I said before, entirely worth it.
I especially like the early chapters. Which isn't to say your writing's gone downhill (far from it) I just have a personal preference for the whole shy-smiles-and-coy-glances thing. It's so cute.
Also, it's stupid how much this story makes me nearly cry (I controlled myself, I never actually cried. This is quite an achievment. Ha.) Harry first telling Hermione he fancies Cedric, Them breaking up, right up to Mrs Weasley (who is entirely made of win).
Anyway, I'm rambling.
AWESOME STORY IS AWESOME.
You win at life. Have an Internet.
And so on.

I actually don't so much love the earlier chapters, they make me cringe because I was still so new to writing.
I'm glad you enjoyed your reread. I should probably do one of those, myself...
