Happy Birthday to my dad :)
Its only 10 am but I've already had a mini heart attack at work this morning. Thank goodness for people who are good at their jobs who can work some magic to save us ALL from a huge headache.
Last night Ellen and I met up at the WAB, chose rooms and talked about our apartment, and generally had a good time. It was a nice Monday. I know I say this every time I update, but I am so excited about this move. I think its going to be such a good situation. Can't wait! I'm headed over to Jason's tonight to look at some furniture. Perfect timing that he's moving at the same time I am. If anyone else has some furniture type items that they would like to donate to the cause let me know!
This whole business that's unfolding at Virginia Tech just makes me sick. To think that another individual could kill so many people in cold blood. When Columbine occured I could understand how something like that could happen in a high school. Its such a horrible time for some and when you're that age you're definitely at a time in your life where you don't always realize that things are going to get better. College is such a different story. Its such a diverse environment that you really have an opporutnity to find your niche and make friends with people who share the same interests as you. I never would expect something like this this to happen on a college campus. Its just so scary, and such a shame.
