Life lessons from the Brits...
I think all of my friends have forgotten that I actually have a job. I've gotten at least 5 text messages today asking me to come downtown and celebrate opening day. Grrr...rub it in. Not to mention its lovely outside. Sigh.
Friday night Ellen and I went out for an after work drink, which turned into 2. We were fully intent on leaving after that, when 2 older gentlemen offered to buy us another round. An after work drink turned into 3, a pitcher of Sangria, tapas and then lots of water at 5th ave. I love it! And the best part is, I was home and in bed by midnight. I had such a fun time running around town with Ellen and I want the month of April to fly by so I can just move in already! This summer is going to be so much fun.
Saturday night I cooked dinner with some gals from work and then we went to go see "Meet The Robinsons" in 3-D. Such a funny movie, but then again, Disney never dissapoints. If you're going to check it out, def spend the extra cash to see it in 3-D. It looks amazing AND you get to wear ridiculous glasses. I'm so glad I have wonderful friends at CE. They definitely make my days, and my weekends, so enjoyable.
Yesterday I sorted through my room and got rid of tons of stuff. Downsizing your life is a bit overwhelming, but I will feel so good when its done.
