... i have fallen off the wagon. Well, I should said i HAD fallen off the wagon, since back on. No excuses, (but), the last two weeks have been really, really horrible. Very trying on every aspect of my life. Which is complete bullshit, because all the important things were still sound. Important things like family, my husband, my friends, were all on target. The thing that was the worst was school, and the military. Also two pretty much VIP things at this point. What was so irritating was that I was honestly doing EVERYTHING I could to resolve the situation(s), but even my best efforts went to shit. Thats frustrating. Its one thing if you're being lazy, its quite another when you work your mind, body, and most of all spirit to the ground, without getting any reward for it. But ugh. Its just two more months of school. People really were NOT meant to do four years of grad school. They just arent. And then its just two or three CRAZY ass months of transitioning to the Navy. Its just a transition. Its just adapting to change. I can do that, hopefully. That that that that that that dont kill me, will only make me stronga'. Right, Kanye?

So back on track with the mini training. The weather has been shit, so ive been condemned to the treadmill, make me want to die. But Ive been keeping up with it, which is a positive. Today I not only got myself out of a WONDERFUL nap to go to the gym, but I didn't stop to walk at all. Yay! Also, several weeks ago was my first outdoor long run, which was great. 3 mi, and it felt so so so good. I ran all over downtown so I had some things to look at. I need the sun to come out so I can train outside again!!

Unfortch, my totals aren't tallied anymore. I couldn't even make an educated guess. But I'll try... maybe 20 total? Better than zero!! my efforts are working! Honestly i never thought i could do 30 mins without having a heart attack... so Im proud of myself there. My heart thanks me too im sure!

Total: 20 (estimated) miles... i need to get crackin!
