Down With Godzilla
Yeah, so DJ wasn't down with the monitor lizard. He didn't like the idea of it growing into a full-sized Godzilla monster that eats live mice, so we took it back yesterday and exchanged it. We now have a bearded dragon named Bob. I don't know if Bob is male or female; we haven't really checked. The point is, Bob is more aesthetically pleasing than the monitor, will only grow to be two feet long at most, and will eat crickets, fruits and veggies for it's entire life span. Besides that, Bob is curious and inquisitive, which just makes him all the cuter. His personality is almost mammalian in nature, so he really is the best sort of reptile DJ and I could have.
